Feedbackstr at the international “Vietnam Motor Show”

The four day automobile event kicked off on the 23rd of October, 2013. The 15 leading automobile manufacturers were spread out over an area of 8800 m². These included 8 VAMA members: Ford, GM, Hino, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Suzuki, Toyota and Vinastar together with Nissan and 7 official automobile imported brands, such as: Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Lexus, Renault, Nissan, and Infiniti. The exhibition was aimed at showing the new eco- and user-friendly innovations of the automobile industry.

Trade show survey at VMS

The Vietnam Motor Show supplies many benefits for companies looking to raise their brand or company awareness and create industry relationships or partnerships. The visitors were able to see all of the latest technology available, compare vendors, products, and services, check out competitors, gain knowledge, and network. Feedbackstr’s feedback systems were implemented by in order to obtain information about the quality of the show.

Realization with Feedbackstr:

The fair survey was conducted electronically and in paper form. Visitors were able to fill out the survey together with hostesses via tablet. In addition to that, flyers displaying the QR code were given to the visitors to scan with their smartphones.

Goal:

Important factors, such as the organization and supervision of trade and promotional activities were evaluated to produce an assessment of the fair’s success based on figures.

Another aim of the survey was to gather information for the provision of further successful events in the near future and strengthen relationships between customers and businesses. Exhibitors received useful feedback and customer requests, which help to promote the development of the automotive industry.

In collaboration with the mobile tool Feedbackstr, the Motor Show was able to obtain over 3000 feedbacks on site. An Ipad mini was also given away as part of a sweepstakes. The winner was named on the official website and the Facebook page of the Vietnam Motor Show.
